The information you provide will be transmitted in an encrypted manner, to the server. OPC will have access only to the report and the uploaded files. We recommend that you not use an OPC computer or one connected to OPC’s WiFi while filling the report.

OPC is obliged not to attempt to access information that was not submitted as part of the report.
